Stephanie Copperman

Born and raised in Tucson, Arizona, Stephanie now resides in the Phoenix/Tempe area where she currently attends Arizona State University. She is pursuing a major in Music Theater Performance with a minor in Theater Performance. Stephanie will graduate Summa Cum Laude in the fall of 2009. Stephanie joined Kids Unlimited in 1990 when she was just four years old. She was a part of the group for the following twelve years, performing as well as teaching. She owes much of her love of music, music performance, and resulting success to her many wonderful years at Kids Unlimited! In her love of Music Theater, some of Stephanie’s favorite shows include You’re A Good Man Charlie Brown (Snoopy), Kiss Me, Kate (Lois Lane/Bianca), How to Succeed… (Hedy), She Loves Me (Dance Captain), Nunsense II (Asst. Choreographer), And the World Goes ‘Round (“All That Jazz”), Myths and Hymns (“Migratory V”), West Side Story (Rosalia/Dance Captain), and Sunday in the Park with George (Dot/Old Lady). Awards include “First Runner-Up” in the vocal competition at IMTA (NY, NY), and a Cappie nomination (Washington, D.C.) in choreography for Kiss Me, Kate. Stephanie is currently with Leighton Agency, a proud member of SAG, and has been a part of local and national commercials, television series, and film.
Dr. Adam Kerry Boyles
Dr. Boyles
is currently Director of Orchestras at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology,
Music Director/Conductor of MetroWest Opera, and Staff Conductor with the Boston
Opera Collaborative. Recently, he completed a three-year tenure as Music Director
of the Southern Arizona Symphony Orchestra. Past guest conducting engagements
include performances with the Oregon Bach Festival, Muncie Symphony Orchestra,
Austin Chamber Ensemble, Audio Inversions, and the University of Arizona Opera
Theater. He was Staff Conductor at Opera in the Ozarks for two summers where
he led and assisted with many performances. Dr. Boyles led the Manhattan School
of Music Orchestra in the 2004 Kurt Masur Conducting Seminar, and was invited
for return appearances in April 2005 and March 2008. An experienced singer,
Boyles performed in numerous operas with the Indiana University Opera Theater,
Arizona Opera, and with many professional choirs such as Conspirare and the
Tucson Chamber Artists.. As a teacher, Boyles has also held Instructor/Lecturer
positions at the University of Texas at Austin, and the University of Arizona.
