D R E A M C H A S E R Almost 4 years ago now I moved to Nashville. I left all my friends and family 1600 miles behind in Tucson, AZ. I didn’t have a plan, heck I didn’t even have a job when I got here. I used to walk up and down Broadway and stop at every Honky Tonk I could just to listen. I became so scared to do the only thing that’s ever felt like home, sing. In 2020, I lost my day job as many of us did, and also lost any and all backup plans. Who knew that was exactly what I needed right at that very moment. I FINALLY, somehow, came out of a long writers block, began writing songs from the heart about my hometown and life experiences, found an incredible producer and started recording. It finally felt like I was on the path that feeds my soul! ❤️🔥 Today as I began reviewing the stats of my debut EP, I’m moved to tears. If I could tell you how many people have said I couldn’t or wouldn’t make it, it’d be a lot. Despite the doubts and doubters, this journey has ignited something I never thought I’d have…self confidence. I put all those negative thoughts, all the No’s, and doubt and turned into pure drive. I’ve started touring the country making music . I’ve written more songs than I ever thought I could, the stats look like this because of all the Yes’, all the places that took a chance and booked me, and best of all because of all of you. Some of you have been part of this from the beginning and some of you are just joining me here. Regardless where our paths have crossed, I am so incredibly grateful to share my music, my , concerts, and shows with all of you. Thank you for loving and continuing to support the music, it’s totally, and utterly priceless! Love Always, D E S E R T C H I L D Kayleigh 11/04/21
